What data are collected (purchase and account creation)
The necessary data written in the following are collected with the purpose of providing the services ordered on mystresship.com, processing orders and creation of an account.
Necessary data are those, which are essential in order to successfully process your order. The necessary data are: Your first name, surname, e-mail address and the subject of purchase. Without these information, we won’t be able to create your account, and therefore enable the ordered educational content.
Mystresship.com does not collect any payment and/or credit/debit card data, and all payments are operated through PayPal.
PayPal subsequently notifies us whether the payment was successful and provides us with your name and eventually your account number (in order to identify the payment and refund the payment if necessary).
We can assure you, that we do not receive any further information about your bank account (e.g. login information or account balance).
News and contests
Your email address will be stored under your consent only for sending commercial communications – e.g. information about new products, articles etc.
If you contact us or partake in our survey and/or contest, we will consequently collect and/or process and/or store your first name, surname, contact information, a message or other information that you provided.
What data are collected while using our services
While using our services, we collect information on how you use them and engage with our products and/or services.These may include, for example, information about your browsing activity, times when you are active or when you decide to order our services. Data concerning the browsing activity of a visitor are used to provide relevant content. Information about your movement around our website are used for the marketing and advertising purposes on our, as well as other websites.— These information are also used for analytical purposes to help us understand the needs of visitors. Cookies help making our website more user-friendly.

The collected data enable us to provide our services in compliance with the Terms and Conditions, which can also be found on our website. We use this data to create your user’s access. These information are also required for accounting purposes.
All data and information collected through login and order are used to update your account and personal information

We use your contact information also for sending order notifications, enabling the educational content and customer service purposes (e.g. answering emails, changing personal information, forgetting login information etc.).

Legal Basis
In compliance with the valid legislation of the Slovak Republic and the General Data Protection Regulation, we are obliged to inform you about the legal basis of data processing:
- Execution of the contract – in case of ordering a product and creating an account and/or participating in a contest.
- Consent – mainly in reference to sending commercial communications about the news, offers or other marketing purposes. Every consent you give is voluntary and you can withdraw it anytime. If you decide to withdraw your consent, it does not have any influence on lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal. Sending of commercial communications about the news and offers can be resolved according to the description below.
- Fulfilling legal obligations – storing your personal data and information about your order for accounting purposes or provision of these data to public or other authorities or bodies responsible for supervision over our activity or resolving lawsuits.
- Our justified interest – in improvement and personalization of our services, performing some marketing activities (including sending information about the news on the email address obtained during the purchasing process if consent was given) or in connection to protection of rights and safety, as mentioned above. In these cases we carefully consider, if processing these data won’t invade your rights.

Your personal data are not provided to any other subjects, with the exception of situations described below:

We will publish or provide your personal data to other subjects in case you require it. The personal data are published when you use the community functions of our website (e.g. comments etc.).

Your personal data can be provided to our contractual partners who process them in compliance with this document (e.g. suppliers etc.). Our contractual partners comply with the safety, technical and organizational regulations, in order to provide required protection of the acquired personal data.

Collected personal data are provided to other entities in cases where provision of your personal data is imposed by legal regulation or if it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests.
This category of third parties may include: courts, public or other organs or authorities which control our activity, resolve lawsuits, as well as our legal and accounting advisors
Transfer to third countries
The collected personal data are not actively transferred to third countries outside the EU. However, some of our partners which are involved in the data collection (cookies and other technologies), transfer these data, especially to the US. Individuals, who have access to these data, comply with the US-EU Privacy Shield , and therefore required protection of your personal data is provided. Data protection and retention period
In order to provide required protection of your personal data, our security, technical and organizational actions are in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the legislation of the Slovak republic. All acquired electronic data and your personal data and information are stored in a secure database, which is protected from damage, loss or misuse.
All retained personal data connected to your account are essential for keeping the account functioning. We retain these data until you decide to cancel your account.
In cases when you gave us your consent to process your personal data (e.g. for sending commercial communications), we retain these data until you withdraw your consent or there is other reason for its withdrawal. However, we beg to inform you that if you withdraw your consent, it does not necessarily mean that the retention of your personal data will terminate. Retention of your personal data is sometimes necessary for other purposes with different legal basis.
Your rights
When you decide to exercise one of the rights mentioned below, we will respond to your request within 30 days once we receive this request. You may exercise your data protection rights by email on the email address written below:
For successful execution of your request, please include your name, surname and email address. We are not able to process request which does not include these information. These information are essential for confirming your identity to prevent providing your personal data to an unauthorized person.
Right to access
You have the right to obtain confirmation whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed by sending a request to exercise this right. If yes, we will provide you with the information about the categories of personal data concerned, purposes of the processing, the recipients to whom the personal data have been disclosed and the period for which the personal data will be stored.
Right to rectification
If you think or you know that the personal data that we process have changed (e.g. you got married and your surname changed) we would be pleased, if you ask us for rectification of the inaccurate personal data.
We care about processing correct personal data.
Right to erasure
You have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you, in case if all following requirements are met and no legal exemptions apply:
- the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose which they were collected for
- you withdraw you consent to process your personal data and there is no other legal basis for their processing
- you object processing personal data and there is no overriding legitimate interest to continue this processing or you object processing personal data for direct marketing purposes
- personal data were processed unlawfully
In case your personal data were published and you exercise your right of erasure, these data will be deleted too (e.g. comments). We will also contact other recipients of your personal data that you decided to exercise your right to erasure. The recipients should therefore delete all links to your personal data if such action is possible, considering available technologies and expenses connected to these actions.
If you decide to cancel your mystresship.com account, we will delete all possible data and cancel your account within 10 days. We would like to point out, that some data may take longer time to delete due to technical reasons (e.g. data backup).
Right to restriction of processing
You also have the right to obtain restriction of processing your personal data from us, in cases described below:
- if you contest accuracy of processed personal data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of your personal data
- if you believe that the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead
- if we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims
- in case you object to processing your personal data for a period enabling us to verify whether our legitimate grounds override your legitimate grounds
Right to object
You have right to object on the grounds relating to your particular situation to processing of personal data concerning you, including profiling.You also have the right to object to processing of personal data concerning you if they are processed for direct marketing purposes.
Making complaints
VIn case you think that the personal data we process concerning you breach data protection rules, you have the right to complain to the national supervisory body – the Office for Personal Data and Protection of the Slovak Republic.
